Responsibilities

Answers calls from financial advisors and sales staff about account opening and maintenance.
Establishes new client accounts per industry registration requirements.
Enforces document requirements to meet AML and KYC policies.
Reviews issues, analyzes data, and determines corrective actions.
Identifies client needs and implements practical solutions.
Prepares and reviews department reports; resolves account issues with FAs and SAs.
Supports policies and participates in projects, testing, and learning activities.
Logs client requests with detailed records to ensure timely completion.
May assist after-hours account validation events for Mass Account Transfers.
Participates in user acceptance testing for system/process changes.
