Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or small business accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• 1-2 years of payroll experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for multiple clients.
• Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate directly with clients acting as their outsourced accounting department.
