Job summary

M3 Technology Consultants, headquartered in Fairfax, VA, seeks an experienced IT leader to guide the Client Account Manager team and drive service delivery for enterprise clients.

You will mentor and manage staff, engage executives, align technology roadmaps with business goals, and grow our managed services practice. Travel as needed; strong leadership and relationship-building required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 10 years as IT professional (Systems Technician/Engineer/Technical Consultant) and 2+ years managing technical personnel.
  • Experience with MSP environments and leading technology discussions with executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Client Account Manager team, including workload balancing and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships through strategic planning sessions and business reviews.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex client concerns and service delivery challenges.
  • Collaborate with Helpdesk, Field Services, Projects, Security, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Drive client retention, technology standardization, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor client health metrics and team performance to achieve organizational goals.
