Qualifications

• 2+ years of total office experience.
• 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
• Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
• In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.
• Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage the client relationship.
• Service Management: Identify program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives and ensure compliance with service requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams on complex client inquiries and assist implementation with new clients.
