Do you have experience as a Client Services Account Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency setting where you manage 30 to 50+ client accounts?

We are hiring Full-Time Client Account Managers for our Digital Marketing Agency serving Doctors; salary ranges from $42,000 to $60,000/year depending on experience. We are a rapidly growing social media advertising agency helping Doctors & Lawyers attract new patients and cases through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketing Funnels.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management
2. Relationship Building
3. Building Marketing Website Funnels and Backend Automation
4. Support/Strategy Calls with Clients
5. Upselling Clients into higher packages
6. Ensuring client success
7. Team communication via Slack
8. Managing support calls, texts, and emails for 30 to 50+ clients

This role requires highly organized and detail-oriented individuals capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining excellent client relationships via email, phone, and text.
