Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day event operations at an assigned account. You will manage staff, build client relationships, coordinate support services, and ensure contract compliance while driving safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of supervisors and front-line crew, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, payroll, training, and performance management to meet financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented management environment with the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work nights/evenings/holidays as needed with a flexible schedule.
• Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations.
• Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Capably utilize ABI and WinTeam for scheduling and billing, and to produce reports that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
