Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring a Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned account, supervise staff, and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on event staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, and ensuring service quality across venues.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in event management, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations.
• Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Capably utilize scheduling and billing systems, and to produce reports that aid business management.
