Responsibilities include prioritizing client needs, improving processes, and delivering new solutions while communicating with leadership and clients about issues and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data processing or related area.
• 2-4 years of customer relations experience in a technical or business service environment.
• 1-2 years of account management experience preferably with dedicated accounts.
• Experience with church management software is preferred for the TouchPoint Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Manages all service activities and communicates to develop an authoritative relationship with clients.
• Understands Cass services and tools and recommends improvements to processes.
• Responds to internal and client questions and requests according to defined procedures.
• Coordinates assignment and management of customer priorities.
• Analyzes issues and communicates solutions for processing systems.
• Drives process improvements to advance account standing and performance.
• Delivers new solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Keeps leadership and customers informed of significant issues in a timely manner.
• Shares knowledge and mentors fellow employees.
• Handles account representative duties and supports assigned accounts as needed.
