Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience as a front desk representative or in a relevant role is preferred.
Familiarity with office machines and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering queries and routing requests.
Stay updated on services to effectively communicate benefits and usage to clients.
Build and nurture relationships, maintaining open lines of communication for satisfaction.

Streamline internal procedures to improve efficiency and client experiences.
