Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, families, referral sources, healthcare providers, community partners, and staff in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner.
• Identify caller needs and provide accurate information regarding Rimrock programs, eligibility, intake processes, appointments, hours, locations, policies, and procedures.
• Triage and route calls to appropriate department or staff member, including time-sensitive matters.
• Schedule appointments or coordinate referrals as assigned, ensuring callers receive clear next steps.
• Document caller information, call history, messages, actions, outcomes, and follow-up needs in the designated system.
