Responsibilities

• Ensure faculty, residents, and students have necessary materials and information.
• Monitor duty hours adherence across rotations.
• Coordinate education sessions and videoconference setup.
• Serve as liaison between clerkship coordinators and CMU partners.
• Understand curricular goals, policies, and LCME requirements.
• Distribute and tabulate student assessments; provide feedback.
• Assist in faculty recruitment and appointments.
• Proctor and provide software support for exams.
