Job description

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Remote)

This is a remote position. Candidates must be within the Eastern Timezone.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative assistance and support daily activities in conjunction with GTS personnel.
  2. Act as a team lead, organizing support staff functions and coordinating workflow.
  3. Verify, analyze, and check the work of staff.
  4. Develop reports and perform system queries.
  5. Evaluate and modify workflow processes for compliance and efficiency.
  6. Manage inventory control, filing, storage, and retention functions.
  7. Maintain equipment inventory and maintenance records; advise on asset acquisition or disposal.
  8. Organize agendas and materials for staff meetings.
  9. Manage fleet records and liaise with the fleet department.
  10. Assist with system input, software, and database management.
  11. Respond to customer requests and support claims creation and reporting.
  12. Perform general administrative duties for daily operations.
  13. Serve as liaison between operations and corporate departments.
  14. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
  15. Uphold the Crawford Code of Business Conduct.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five years of administrative support experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Word and Excel; basic PowerPoint skills.
  • Filing, typing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate workflow of clerical staff.
  • Complete continuing education as required.
