Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.
• Experience filling full-time roles in ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.
• Experience recruiting for both W2 hourly and salaried positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Self-motivation with urgency to achieve objectives.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience recruiting cleared professionals at Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI.
• Authorized to work in the United States; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, and networks.
• Collaborate with recruiters to support Sales teams.
• Provide accurate information about M9 and opportunities to candidates.
• Originate leads for M9 Sales teams.
• Negotiate salaries and terms; present offers (full lifecycle recruitment).
• Assist candidates through onboarding processes.
• Maintain regular communication with hired employees.
• Meet defined activity metrics and performance standards.
• Communicate clearly to foster a positive, productive environment.
