Job summary

M9 Solutions LLC. is hiring a Recruiting Account Manager to join our Corporate team in a hybrid role based at Tysons, VA. You will build and grow relationships with federal prime contractor partners, qualify talent, and help drive account growth.

You will collaborate with BD leadership and recruiting teams, learn federal pricing, and progress from recruiting into full account management with mentorship and a clear path to sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in federal IT or government contracting staffing.
• Experience recruiting cleared technical professionals (Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI).
• Direct experience working with hiring managers or clients, not just candidates.
• Interest in moving into sales and account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, program managers, and subcontract managers at federal prime contractor partners.
• Take requirements directly from clients and clarify skills, clearance levels, rates, and timelines.
• Partner with recruiting team to prioritize and deliver qualified candidates.
• Qualify and present candidates to clients and help close offers.
• Find new openings and contacts within existing accounts to grow M9's footprint.
• Generate and follow up on new leads from candidate and industry network.
• Track activity, pipeline, and placements in CRM/ATS.
• Meet activity and revenue goals and learn federal pricing and subcontracting basics.
• Maintain strong relationships with placed consultants for repeat business.
