gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist to support recruiting for cleared government contracts. You will review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, verify clearance status, and manage job requisitions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience for a Federal Government contracting company or US Government.
Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma + 4 years federal experience (DoW/US Air Force).
Experience recruiting for cleared program personnel and IT positions.
Experience using industry job boards and recruiting tools.
Knowledge of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI/SAP eligibility, and polygraph formats.
Strong English grammar and MS Office/Adobe proficiency.

Responsibilities
