Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions LLC is actively seeking a cleared ServiceNow Administrator to support a DoD customer in the National Capital Region. The role is on-site in Chantilly, VA, with limited remote eligibility for unclassified work, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance and CSA certification.

You will own the admin and health of ServiceNow environments, manage access controls, perform migrations, and coordinate workflow updates across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CMDB, ensuring RMF

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and health of ServiceNow environments (dev/test/prod).
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls across all instances.
• Execute ServiceNow platform migrations at least annually, within 2 versions of current release.
• Coordinate and deploy workflow updates across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CMDB modules.
• Maintain environment discipline—dev/test never hold production data; mirror prod config.
• Support API integrations between ServiceNow and external DoD platforms.
• Ensure RMF controls and DoD security requirements with ISSE.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and government CDRL deliverables.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, CCBs, and program reviews.
