Job summary

Applied Network Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (ServiceNow) to join our Chantilly, VA team.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow expertise, DoD compliance, and strong leadership within an SDLC framework. You will drive engineering projects, enable integrations with network tools, and mentor a skilled team in modern automation. The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance with at least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, plus certifications, and a track record in RMF/A&A

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• At least one other advanced ServiceNow certification.
• Cross-platform experience including Windows, Linux, Juniper, Cisco.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, administration, development, and integration of the ServiceNow suite on RHEL and Windows.
• Lead Agile/Scrum/SDLC practices to coordinate and deliver projects.
• Guide RMF authorization and accreditation efforts for engineered solutions.
• Mentor team in testing, validation, and verification practices.
• Coordinate integration with Cisco NSO and other enterprise tools.
