Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 5 years of directly relevant experience.
• AS + 9 years or no degree + 13 years as alternatives.
• Active DOE Q clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Sandia ND and external entities to standardize engineering processes and drive qualification strategies.
• Coordinate failure investigations, root-cause analyses, and process-improvement actions for EPP.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and technical deliverables to ensure program health across stockpile, modernization, and SPP efforts.
• Represent EPP in CFIUS cases and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate technical and program reviews for internal and external customers.
