Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in environmental management.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results against commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Department of Environmental Systems and its multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and execute program plans, budgets, and staffing for environmental programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk-informed decisions across ES&H programs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
