Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a capable FMS Case Manager support professional to perform high-level analysis, develop reports, and play a key role in the FMS case management process. The role emphasizes dynamic data handling and accurate reporting to support mission-critical programs.

Responsibilities include tracking significant case activities, managing databases, and generating management-ready reports while coordinating with WSMs and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 0–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with multiple database systems.
• Prior DoD experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Track changes to FMS cases, summarizing significant activities for management reports.
• Develop logistics program activities including support for purchases, transfers, and leases of weapon systems and technical documentation.
• Provide program analysis support to Weapon Systems Managers (WSMs) for Foreign Military Sales Cases.
• Maintain records, update spreadsheets, trackers, and taskers.
• Pull reports and data from DOD and FMS databases.
• Identify discrepancies and track resolutions and answers.
• Verify accuracy of reporting and identify missing or inaccurate data.
• Initiate and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Support tasks including back-up assistance for report generation and data input.
• Compile source documents to support visibility and tracking of FMS case execution.
• Update and maintain internal databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Track deliverables and financial data.
• Data entry and reporting reviews.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

This is not strict data entry but rather a dynamic and important FMS Case Manager support function, where they are providing high level analysis, report development, and playing an integral role in the FMS case management process.

Dominant aspects of this role include:

• Track changes to FMS cases, summarizing significant activities for management reports.
• Developing and implementing logistics program activities including, support for purchases, transfer, and leases of weapon systems, and technical documentation.

Other duties:

• Provide program analysis support to Weapon Systems Managers (WSMs) in support of Foreign Military Sales Cases.
• Maintain records, update spreadsheets, trackers, and taskers.
• Pull reports and data from DOD and FMS databases.
• Work with team members and outside agencies to identify discrepancies and track down resolutions and answers.

Qualifications

• Experienced with Microsoft Office software suite, in particular Excel

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds

Compensation:

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
