Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Management Analyst II to join our team supporting CISA's sector-risk-management activities. This role provides cleared governance, engagement, research, and project-coordination support for both classified and unclassified meetings.

The position requires 5+ years in federal program analysis or related fields, strong writing/notetaking, and familiarity with dashboards and executive reporting; active Top Secret clearance with SCI access is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal program analysis or project coordination.
• Excellent writing and notetaking to capture complex discussions.
• Strong discretion in classified or sensitive environments.
• Experience with schedules, risk logs, dashboards, or executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sector governance artifacts, membership records, decision logs, action trackers, dashboards.
• Plan and execute classified and unclassified engagements with logistics, agendas, and on-site support.
• Take notes in classified settings and prepare records per security requirements.
• Research cyber, physical-security, critical-infrastructure, resilience, and cross-sector issues.
• Analyze engagement data, participation trends, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare executive summaries, briefings, white papers, status reports, and recommendations using CISA/DHS templates.
• Coordinate with senior officials and sector stakeholders and follow actions through completion.
• Provide rapid analytical and documentation support during emergent operational or national-level events.
