Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in DoD/federal IT recruiting or cleared IT recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for government/defense programs.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. security clearance process and levels.
• Experience recruiting for candidates with Secret/Top Secret/TS/SCI clearances.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle IT recruiting for DoD and federal programs.
• Source candidates with active or eligible security clearances.
• Recruit across cybersecurity, cloud, engineering, and IT disciplines.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of cleared IT professionals.
• Explain clearance requirements and lifecycle to candidates.
• Screen for technical qualifications, clearance status, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft recruiting strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks for sourcing.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS/CRM.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and stay current on clearance trends.
• Support high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
