World Wide Technology, Inc. seeks an ESTOM Lead to coordinate enterprise system administration, monitoring, patching, and security activities for DHS IT infrastructure.

The role demands TS clearance, advanced monitoring expertise, and collaboration across cybersecurity and engineering teams. You will oversee maintenance practices linking infrastructure conditions to service availability and government performance requirements, using tools like Nessus, Splunk, and ITSM workflows.

Competenze

• Must possess or be capable of obtaining a TS clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable computer-oriented discipline.
• Possess Microsoft certification applicable to Windows Server 2019 or a later version.
• Five years of progressively responsible IT experience supporting enterprise operations and systems administration.
• Demonstrated enterprise monitoring and reporting expertise to assess infrastructure availability and performance.
• Advanced knowledge of monitoring templates and alert configuration to establish meaningful thresholds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with management and technical staff.

Mansioni

• Coordinate approved patching activities through assessment, scheduling, implementation, and remediation reporting.
• Apply Windows server administration to configuration management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service restoration.
• Coordinate security scanning and vulnerability analysis using government-authorized tools (Nessus, Splunk).
• Use ITSM processes and ServiceNow to maintain traceability among incidents, problems, changes, and actions.
• Leverage monitoring across servers, APIs, services, networks, cloud, storage, and databases to detect issues early.
• Provide technical assessments and status reports to government and contractor stakeholders.
• Analyze operational trends to steer preventive maintenance and modernization priorities.
• Utilize monitoring platforms (TrueSight, ExtraHop, Nagios, SCCM, Tanium, Tableau, PowerBI) for reporting and analysis.
