World Wide Technology, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Services and Tools Operations and Maintenance (ESTOM) Lead to coordinate enterprise system administration, monitoring, maintenance, and incident response for DHS IT infrastructure.

The role requires TS clearance when required, a CS/MIS degree with Windows Server certification, and at least five years of related experience. On-site work in Chandler, AZ or Washington, DC is required, with a strong emphasis on monitoring platforms and government

Competenze

• Must possess or be capable of obtaining a Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Microsoft Windows Server certification.
• Five years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise operations and systems administration.
• Demonstrated enterprise monitoring and reporting expertise.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams, and customers.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments and proactively addressing issues.

Mansioni

• Coordinate approved patching activities through assessment, scheduling, implementation, verification, and reporting.
• Apply Windows Server administration for configuration management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and restoration.
• Coordinate security scanning and vulnerability analysis using government tools to support remediation planning.
• Use ITSM/ServiceNow to maintain traceability among incidents, problems, changes, and actions.
• Leverage monitoring across servers, APIs, services, networks, cloud, storage, and databases to detect issues early.
• Provide clear technical assessments and operational risk information to government and contractor stakeholders.
• Identify recurring infrastructure conditions and recommend preventive maintenance or modernization priorities.
• Apply enterprise monitoring platforms to support monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
