Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support an enterprise-level program in a federal environment. You will lead Tier 3 efforts across on-prem and cloud-hosted NIPRNet/SIPRNet, integrating tools like Tanium, WMS, and Microsoft 365 services while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide end-user training, and drive engineering solutions in support of DLA Endpoint Operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a large IT environment with enterprise systems
• Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows servers and endpoints
• Knowledge of endpoint management and cybersecurity practices including Intune and Defender for Endpoint
• Ability to diagnose complex network, connectivity, and endpoint issues and provide Tier 3 support
• Strong communication with customers, teams, vendors and partners; documentation and training
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving mission requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 systems administration for on-prem and cloud environments
• Plan, deploy, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise systems
• Support security requirements and vulnerability management per DoD/IC standards
• Assist with server and application installations, upgrades, and integrations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and provide end-user training
