Job summary

Technology Automation & Management, Inc. (TeAM) seeks an experienced Infrastructure Lead to direct enterprise infrastructure operations in support of AMCOM ITSS missions across development, test, training, preproduction, and production environments.

You will lead technical teams, ensure secure, available, and resilient services, and coordinate with Government stakeholders and cloud providers. Requires 8+ years in enterprise infra and 3+ years leading teams in a federal setting.

Qualifications

• Eight years of enterprise infrastructure experience required.
• Three years of experience leading technical teams in a federal environment.
• Experience supporting AMCOM or Redstone Arsenal or similar organizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise database, systems, cloud, network, wireless, virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery operations.
• Lead infrastructure operations across development, test, training, preproduction, and production environments.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes, migrations, upgrades, and incident response with AMCOM G-6, cloud providers, cybersecurity, and application teams.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, configuration records, SOPs, optimization reports, and availability/backups documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Army STIGs, vulnerability management, and RMF controls.
• Plan and manage critical-system support, on-call coverage, after-hours incident response, and recovery testing.
• Identify risks in capacity, availability, performance, cybersecurity, and obsolescence; propose actions.
• Lead teams to sustain high availability and perform migrations, upgrades, and recoveries without mission disruption.
• Support production monitoring, patching, configuration control, vulnerability remediation, and availability management.
