World Wide Technology, Inc. is hiring for the Enterprise Email and Domain Management Lead to support the DHS IT infrastructure, focusing on messaging and directory services, coordinating M365, Exchange, AD, and Azure AD administration on-site in Chandler, AZ or Washington, DC.

The role requires TS clearance, a CS/MIS degree, 5+ years of experience, and strong collaboration and communication. You will implement secure, reliable enterprise messaging and perform automation and restoration

Competenze

• Top Secret clearance is required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline.
• Five years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management, technical teams, and customers.
• Strong organization skills and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Experience collaborating across departments to identify requirements and dependencies.
• Self-motivated with proactive approach.

Mansioni

• Provide technical oversight of enterprise messaging, directory services, and identity-related operations.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365, Exchange, AD, and Azure AD administration via documented procedures.
• Monitor and manage service continuity, incident response, and change management.
• Coordinate incidents affecting network connectivity and enterprise systems with cybersecurity and other teams.
• Maintain automation, backup, restoration procedures, and operational documentation.
• Apply scripting to improve consistency and reliability of administrative operations.
• Ensure security controls and access management align with government requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to identify requirements and dependencies.
