Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in production, fast food, retail, or other high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain cGMP/ISO standards.
• Experience in cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environments.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing line equipment.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing records and orders.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Commitment to a safe, compliant production environment.
• Good organizational skills for floor area and supplies management.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP and ISO guidelines in manufacturing activities.
• Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components per procedures and quality standards.
• Follow SOPs for all tasks and processes.
• Organize and maintain the production floor, tools, materials, and supplies.
• Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
• Maintain safety when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
• Operate manufacturing line equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Adhere to schedules and complete work orders timely.
• Review device manufacturing records and work orders for accuracy; submit documentation for release.
• Serve as a role model for compliant manufacturing practices.
• Troubleshoot line issues and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties to support production and team objectives.
