Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Cleanroom Assembly Prep to support surgical single-use items. Tasks include assembly, packaging, and strict documentation in a cleanroom on a 2nd shift with potential overtime.

Handle raw materials, follow Device Master Records, and communicate quality concerns to supervisors. Prior cleanroom/medical device experience is preferred; basic English is used for orders and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom, medical device assembly, or production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic English reading and communication for work orders and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Count, cut, measure, fold, and modify raw materials per Device Master Record.
• Inspect quantities, control numbers, and documentation per QS and GMP.
• On-line inspection of each device; report defects to supervisor.
• Seal products in final packaging using correct machine settings.
• Prepare packaged work-in-progress for sterilization and document control numbers.
