Job summary

Aerotek in Carlsbad, CA is hiring Medical Assemblers and Machine Operators for the 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm) on a contract-to-hire basis. You will follow SOPs, operate cleanroom equipment, use a microscope, and support engineers to ensure high-quality medical devices are produced correctly.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in medical device assembly or related manufacturing, experience with microscopes, and a hands-on approach in production environments. Onsite role with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in medical device assembly or production
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or prototyping
• Prior microscope and medical assembly experience

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, line clearance, work instructions and GMPs
• Operate machinery and assemble medical devices in a cleanroom
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure product quality
