Aerotek in Tustin, CA is hiring an Assembler for a contract role in a production cleanroom focused on medical device components. You will assemble kits per documented instructions, label parts, and maintain a clean, organized workstation under strict quality and safety standards.

The position runs 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and offers exposure to regulated manufacturing processes, documentation practices, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of assembly/kitting experience.
• Experience with medical device components.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Detail-oriented labeling and documentation.
• Ability to dispense buffers and chemicals safely.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits per documented instructions.
• Maintain a clean workstation and safe area.
• Label components and kits accurately.
• Cap containers as part of packing.
• Safely dispense buffers and chemicals.
• Follow policies and complete work orders.
• Coordinate storage space and material flow.
