Silfex, a Lam Research Company is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 to operate advanced equipment and support precision component production for the semiconductor industry. You will learn and perform processes from cleaning to texturing, following detailed specs to meet customer requirements.

You will gain hands-on experience in a clean, high-tech environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement using Lean methods and 5S. 12-hour shifts and PPE are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience operating equipment in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow cleanroom practices.
• Basic computer proficiency to enter data and navigate systems.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machines supporting manufacturing and finishing processes.
• Follow 5S workplace organization and safety practices.
• Enter production and quality data into batch records and the ERP system.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and process specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Escalate maintenance issues and participate in shift handoffs.
