Job summary

Vestis® is a leading provider of uniforms and workplace services. We are seeking a General Manager to lead a Market Center with full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and growth in a location with up to $10M+ annual revenue.

You will coach cross‑functional teams, manage service and production, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will oversee budgets, safety, and operations, while aligning with company policies and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Five to seven years of progressive management responsibility.
• Proven success in operations management in a production facility or manufacturing environment.
• Twelve to eighteen months of business to business sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Cleanroom Market Center location with annual revenue of $10M+.
• Drive profitability and growth by acquiring new customers and retaining relationships.
• Lead staffing, development, retention and motivation across departments.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies and procedures.
• Oversee performance across Service, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, HR and Finance.
