Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive management responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting including P&L, sales and capex.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Market Center with full P&L responsibility and profitability focus.
• Drive growth by acquiring new customers and retaining relationships.
• Align service and production teams to meet organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and merchandising to optimize spend and supply.
