Saint-Gobain Life Sciences is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Garden Grove, CA. The role involves assembling and testing high purity components for the semiconductor industry in a clean environment, following detailed work instructions.

You will use hand tools, fixtures, and precision instruments to verify parts meet specifications and assist the quality department in root-cause analysis for returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow written materials including blueprints.
• Experience documenting results and assisting with tests.

Cleanroom Assembly, Manufacturing Pay Range $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE), plus Overtime. M-F 1st shift 5:00am - 1:30pm. Plus Quarterly Bonus's paid.

The Clean Room Assembler assembles and tests high purity components for the semiconductor industry. Assembly and testing is performed in a clean and controlled environment, in accordance with all work and test instruction. The Clean Room Assembler uses hand tools, custom fixtures, and precision-measuring equipment to certify that all products being assembled will meet customer product specifications. When products are returned, this role works with the quality department to help determine root causes for returned products, along with providing needed documentation for all warranty and non-warranty repairs.

Is this job for you?

• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 years previous work experience in manufacturing.
• Experience handling large, heavy parts as well as small components.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written materials including blueprint drawings, job orders, etc.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $41,600 to $59,488. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
