Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Quality and Environmental Management Systems professional to help shape and modernize our site QMS. Reporting to the Quality Systems Leader, you will identify quality risks, mitigate them, protect employees and customers, and strengthen processes that support operational excellence.

This role leads meaningful improvement projects—simplifying legacy QMS documentation, advancing digital data collection, and building efficient electronic record-retention systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or similar.
• Exposure and interest in language generative AI required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; written and verbal English required.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digitalization and modern technology savvy; strong organization skills.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $23.00 to $32.28 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $50,200.00 TTC to $70,400.00 TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

• Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
