Job summary

A&D Mortgage LLC is seeking a Cleaning Expert to maintain the floors and overall cleanliness of our Fort Lauderdale office. You will keep a productive, healthy environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and upkeeping our space throughout the workday.

The role is full-time and office-based, with standard hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in a modern Fort Lauderdale HQ. Prior cleaning experience and fluency in Russian are noted as key qualifications, with English proficiency

Qualifications

• Previous corporate experience is a plus.
• 1-3 years in cleaning service (residential or commercial).
• Diligence and patience.
• Fluent in Russian (required).
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong reading and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
• Dusting desks, furniture, and surfaces.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Cleaning restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, restocking supplies).
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities.
• Maintaining friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with company employees.

About this opportunity

The Cleaning Expert at our company is going to be responsible for cleaning the floors of our office building and maintaining order and presentability throughout the work day. You will help create a productive, healthy environment for everyone in the office.

Working Conditions

• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
