Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group in Utah is seeking assemblers for multiple shifts to build catheter components in a controlled clean room. You will interpret procedures, follow engineering drawings, and document production steps while maintaining high quality and meeting schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including procedures and drawings.
  • Effective communication and teamwork for collaboration and training.
  • Problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve issues.
  • Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble catheter components in a clean room environment following established standards.
  • Learn and master new equipment and processes quickly, and operate them proficiently.
  • Accurately document material transfers, manufacturing steps, and verification activities.
  • Train new assemblers on established procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the clean room area per guidelines.
  • Build medical product assemblies with precision to meet design specs and schedules.
  • Follow safety and quality standards and support production goals.
