Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group is seeking a skilled QA professional to ensure product conformance through inspections, measurement methods, and rigorous documentation. You will support CAPA/NCR investigations and maintain records while adhering to SOPs and GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have five years of QA/production experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with measurement tools and data software. This role emphasizes safety and precise quality control on the production floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of related experience in QA/production.
  • Experience with standard measurement tools and inspection methods.
  • Ability to identify errors, troubleshoot and research independently.
  • Familiarity with ISO and GMP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support inspections and verify product conformance.
  • Develop measurement methods and inspection instructions.
  • Follow SOPs and document inspection results.
  • Lead investigations of CAPA and NCRs.
  • Maintain inspection/test records and environmental monitoring.
  • Coordinate shipment of finished product.
  • Promote safety culture on the production floor.
