Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join their innovative medical device manufacturing team. If you have a background in production assembly, experience working with small parts, and a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for assembling medical devices in a cleanroom environment, using hand tools, microscopes, test fixtures, and documentation to ensure high-quality products.This position offers a dynamic work environment on a schedule, giving you every other Friday off, and involves hands-on assembly of plastic and metal components, testing, inspection, and record-keeping.In this role, you will work with electrical and mechanical components, following detailed assembly drawings, BOMs, and visual aids, to produce medical devices that help improve lives. You should have at least 2 years of experience in assembly within a manufacturing setting, along with familiarity with soldering, crimping, and using measurement instruments. Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small parts under magnification are essential.Required Skills, Education and Experience:2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing assembly, testing, and documentationAbility to work with small parts under magnification using microscopes and tweezersExperience with soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly in a cleanroom environmentKnowledge of medical device manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements preferredStrong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructionsComfortable working on a 9/80 schedule with shift hours from 3:15 PM to 12:45 AM Monday–Thursday and every other FridayWork Schedule:Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–12:45 AM, with alternating Fridays offThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
