Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler in Billerica, MA to join a quality medical device manufacturing team. You will assemble fittings and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding, reading blueprints and diagrams with precision.

You must have strong fine motor skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under fume hood conditions in a collaborative environment. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM; referral bonuses offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing or plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, or ultrasonic welding.
  • Ability to read blueprints, assembly diagrams, and written procedures.
  • Strong fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination; able to work under fume hood.

Job description

Our client is looking for a Cleanroom Assembler to join a team dedicated to quality medical device manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding techniques.You will need to demonstrate excellent fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination, with the ability to read blueprints and assembly diagrams accurately. As a key team member, your day-to-day tasks will include following detailed work instructions, working with solvents under fume hoods, and ensuring precision in a cleanroom environment.
