Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group is seeking an experienced injection molding specialist to set up molds for development and production, and to drive process documentation and validation activities. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure high-quality, GMP-compliant manufacturing.

The role demands deep knowledge of injection molding, thermoplastics, and ISO13485:2016 practices, with a focus on safety and precision in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of process development and/or process technician experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up injection molds for development and production.
  • Develop and document injection molding processes using scientific principles.
  • Perform and document capability studies and process validations.
