Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Nashua, NH to fill a temp-to-hire position for Clean Room Assemblers. The role requires performing highly detailed assembly under a microscope for the full shift.

Ideal candidates have prior microscope experience, excellent attention to detail, steady hand–eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive precision tasks using tweezers and small hand tools in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience working under a microscope for an entire shift.
• Experience in precision assembly, electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing, or similar detailed work is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable handling very small components with tweezers and precision tools.
• Able to perform repetitive, detailed work for extended periods; basic computer skills and following electronic work instructions.

Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Nashua, NH to bring on Clean Room Assemblers! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Location: Nashua, NH
Pay Range: $19–$22 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8-hour days with a flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Job Summary: We are currently seeking detail-oriented Clean Room Assemblers to join a precision manufacturing environment. This role involves performing highly detailed assembly work under a microscope for the entirety of the shift. Candidates will use microscopes, tweezers, and other small hand tools to handle, inspect, and assemble delicate components. Previous experience working under a microscope for an entire shift is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive precision work while maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision assembly of small components in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Work under a microscope for the entire shift to complete detailed assembly tasks
• Use tweezers, small hand tools, and other precision instruments to handle delicate materials
• Perform fine assembly work, including clipping, snipping, and handling extremely small wires and components
• Inspect components throughout the assembly process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and utilize iPads or other electronic devices to access standard operating procedures
• Maintain consistent accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
• Follow cleanroom procedures, including wearing required protective garments such as smocks, hairnets, and booties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in precision assembly, electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing, or similar detailed work is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable handling very small components using tweezers and precision hand tools
• Ability to perform repetitive, detailed work for extended periodsBasic computer skills and ability to follow electronic work instructions
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required protective equipment
• English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome!

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
