Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Test Operators and Clean Room Assembly professional for a client in Leominster MA. This on-site, full-time role offers first and second shifts with hourly pay.

You will perform precision assembly tasks, operate small tools and microscopes, and record test results in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, can work independently, and is comfortable wearing lab gear.

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Test Operators and Clean Room Assembly to join a client in Leominster MA. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

Test Operators and Clean Room Assembly

1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

$20.00 per hour

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm

$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Use of small hand tools and microscope
• Handle of sensitive electronic components
• Load tiny parts into machine and follow work instructions
• Data entry of test results
• Work in an ESD (Electric Static Discharge) environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
