Job summary

Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Nashua, NH to fill a temp-to-hire position for Clean Room Assemblers. The role requires performing highly detailed assembly under a microscope for the full shift.

Ideal candidates have prior microscope experience, excellent attention to detail, steady hand–eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive precision tasks using tweezers and small hand tools in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience working under a microscope for an entire shift.
• Experience in precision assembly, electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing, or similar detailed work is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable handling very small components with tweezers and precision tools.
• Able to perform repetitive, detailed work for extended periods; basic computer skills and following electronic work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of small components in a cleanroom environment.
• Work under a microscope for the entire shift to complete detailed tasks.
• Use tweezers and precision hand tools to handle delicate materials.
• Inspect components to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions accessed via iPads or other devices.
• Maintain clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
