Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler or Preschool CDA is required.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a center-based early childhood setting preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stand, and move throughout the day.
• Must pass background checks, physical exam, and meet Head Start requirements.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Actively supervise and interact with children to ensure safety and well‑being
