Your role:

• Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs.

• Have an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).
• Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families and supervising others preferred.
• Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families' needs.
• Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
• Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
