Fulton County Schools is seeking an Instructional and Media Paraprofessional to support teachers and students in classrooms and the media center. Duties include preparing instructional materials, assisting with learning activities, and helping with library and media resources.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with Georgia GACE para or equivalent hours or an Associate's Degree. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle confidential information as part of daily

Competenze

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass the GACE para assessment; or 60 semester hours/90 quarter hours with grade C or better; an Associate's Degree is acceptable.

Mansioni

• Assist the teacher in preparing educational materials.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assist with daily routines: distributing/collecting supplies, attendance, quizzes grading.
• Participate in lunch, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties.
• Prepare and maintain bulletin boards and learning centers for instruction.
• Monitor library use and assist with instructional tasks.
• Assist with media/technology resources and related equipment.
• Maintain inventory and processing of media materials; display coordination.
• Staff circulation desk and manage check-out using Destiny Library Manager.
