Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists teacher in preparation of educational materials.
• Works with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assists with daily routines: distributing/collecting supplies, attendance, grading quizzes.
• Participates in lunchroom, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties.
• Maintains bulletin boards and learning centers for instruction.
• Monitors library use and assists with instructional tasks.
• Assists students/teachers with media resources and equipment.
• Keeps inventory of media materials, processes new materials, and prepares displays.
• Assists in circulation and collection of student devices.
• Generates reports on overdue/lost books and fines using Destiny Library Manager.
• Staffs circulation desk and checks materials in/out.
• Directs student assistants as needed.
• Maintains orderly arrangement of materials and furnishings.
• Attends required training related to the Dual Immersion Model if applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the administrator.
