Job summary

Cave Creek Unified School District 93 is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to install and maintain district technology in Scottsdale classrooms and labs. You will support networks, hardware, software, and student information systems to ensure smooth learning experiences.

The role requires diagnosing issues, deploying educational tech, and assisting senior staff with district servers and tech projects. Immediate start in a FT position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows based systems in a networked environment.
• Ability to coach users in the use of technology hardware and software systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, Outlook, Zenworks, and diagnostic utilities.
• Experience implementing technology into classrooms, labs, and other school environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan installation of technology, including computers and network equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network access points and related hardware.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software and databases with technology staff.
• Deploy technologies for educators, staff, students, parents, and community.
• Troubleshoot and resolve district-wide computer, network, and technology issues.
